We offer flexible sessions which aim to fit around your requirements:

• Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm (term time only, see our 'Term Dates' for further information)

• Lunch Club 12 pm to 1 pm

 

Playgroup Sessions are held 9 am to 12 pm, for children from the age of 2

Pre-School Nursery Sessions are held 1 pm to 3 pm, for children from the term after your child's 3rd birthday to rising 5.

Lunch Club Sessions are available from when your child turns 3.  We follow a healthy eating policy and we ask you to bring in a nut-free packed lunch and drink for your child. 

Full Day Sessions are available from the term after your child's 3rd birthday. They can be accessed from 9am to 3pm based upon your requirements and will combine the above sessions.

 

• A non-refundable £30 registration fee* is required to secure your child's place.

• Session fees are £23.10 per 3 hour session or £7.70 per hour**.  Lunch Club costs £7.70 per child, per day**. Fees are paid half termly

• The term after your child's 3rd birthday, your child will automatically become funded by the government for 15 hours free childcare, per week, for 38 weeks of the year.  Acorn will claim this on your behalf.

• When you receive government funding*, you are entitled to 15 hours a week.  If your child attends less than 15 hours with us, the extra hours may be used for the lunch club

• Acorn offers places within the government funded 30 hours free childcare scheme for eligible applicants.*

• We accept existing childcare vouchers as payment and Acorn Playgroup & Pre-School, Welwyn is registered with a number of schemes

** Acorn reserves the right to increase these fees as and when required, but will ensure you are given half a term's notice.
